Ive been unable to update the virus signature database for nod32 since 24/7/14.

 

The error it gives me is "invalid username and/or password".

 

My subscription is still in date; i checked the liscence renewal email I received last time, it says I should still be in date up until december 2014.

 

I didnt do anything to prompt a password change, and I receieved no notification of one.

 

I tried re-entering the username and password from the liscence email.

 

I have twice attempted to have my password & username re-sent through the "retrieve liscence details" link on the eset homepage (once a month ago, again a week ago), but I have recieved no email or other response.

 

I have tried "clearing the update cache" in advanced setup mode.

Please contact Australian distributor or drop me a pm with your username and password so that I can check your license on files.
