CesarHenrique 0
Hi! I'm getting an error trying to install ESET Management Agent in a server. We are using Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard. I created an installer for ESET that should install Management Agent and ESET File Security. However, I get the error in the first product. The error code presented is WIN.1603. I quickly searched in the KB and found this article: https://support.eset.com/en/kb7806-error-1603-during-eset-management-agent-installation. However, even following the steps mentioned, I can't install it. I'm running the package locally, with the admin account and with full access to the internet. Can somebody help me? I can provide the error log, if necessary. Thanks in advance.

CesarHenrique 0
@Marcos Thanks for the effort. @zloyDi Your suggestion was correct. I did not have both KB. After I installed, it worked. Thanks again!
