Troldahl 0
I am hearing from some of my MAC users that they are unable to get the login page for Hotel and Airport WiFi networks, even when they can get to those networks via their phone. In at least 2 cases they uninstalled the ESET and were able to get logged in, reinstalling ESET restarted the block. I am not hearing the same issues with Windows clients. Unfortunately at this time I only have 2nd and 3rd hand information, so I don't have MacOS version, ESET version, etc. Thanks!
Administrators Marcos 4,192 Posted March 24 Administrators Share Posted March 24 Does the problem occur with ESET Endpoint Antivirus v7 too? If so, please open a support ticket for further troubleshooting.
Troldahl 0
We use "ESET Endpoint Security for OS X". Highest version available is 6.11.202.0. I don't have anyone using just the AV product.
Administrators Marcos 4,192 Posted March 25 Administrators Share Posted March 25 Please raise a support ticket and provide logs collected as per https://support.eset.com/en/kb3404. It's possible that developers will ask you to try out EEA v7 on at least one machine to find out if it makes a difference.
