ESET Insiders PodrskaNORT 17 Posted September 8, 2014 ESET Insiders Share Posted September 8, 2014 Hi, This happens for every or only one/some clients? If only 1 or some of them - try to delete them and recreate. Also, upgrade to newest version of ERA & client (if not already). Best Tomo
Megachip 5
This happens for every or only one/some clients? If only 1 or some of them - try to delete them and recreate. Also, upgrade to newest version of ERA & client (if not already). Happens on some computers. Latest ERA is running. Client Versions differ. The more interesting questions is, what tell me this error messages, not how to work around them.
ESET Insiders PodrskaNORT 17 Posted September 9, 2014 ESET Insiders Share Posted September 9, 2014 Maybe it would be best to collect ERA and two-three client's logs (LogCollector) and open support ticket at ESET: hxxp://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN2785 hxxp://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN3466 Send them as much info as possible, much more than here Are problems with machines connected to program version on clients? What error ERA console displays? etc... Best Tomo

ESET Insiders PodrskaNORT 17 Posted September 16, 2014 ESET Insiders Share Posted September 16, 2014 Are there any errors on clients machines at all in a first place? We did not discuss that before If there are no errors on ERA plus no errors on affected clients - could be some log interesting only to developer... > ... > Do you think logging to syslog will be more understandable? I think the messages will be the same > ... From my experience - the more log files, the easier to solve problem. "Better double than half" (Old support's saying, 1822.)
