mars_ots 2 Posted March 18, 2022 Share Posted March 18, 2022 MAC client workstation is joined to our domain. Can see in our ESET Protect console the computer name. Tried to deploy agent but no success. Installed ESET av manually (eea_osx_en.dmg). Need activation. I normally run the activation task via ESET protect but the MAC workstation did not update in the ESET protect. Is there a step I am missing? Normally deploy ESET to Windows workstations. ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted March 24, 2022 ESET Staff Share Posted March 24, 2022 Based on what you have said, you are missing the management agent on the mac machine. Management agent is required for the communication / management between the computer and the ESET PROTECT server.
