AdnanJusic 0
Hi All, we have a SharePoint 2019 and Security For Microsoft SharePoint with the version 7.1.15005.0 in use. Since our Go-Live with the farm the memory runs always on 91% at booth frontend server with 32GB. Only way to free up the memory is to execute a IISRESET. We use the current versions: ESET Management Agent 7.2.1266.0 ESET Security 7.1.15005.0 Any ideas if the current version of ESET could cause this behavior? We have nothing else additionally installed at the frontend servers. All other servers in the farm without the ESET are working fine. We are using some SharePoint Apps/Web Services on the site collection which is online, but we have analyzed several memory dumps and wasn't able to connect the cause of the issue with the SharePoint Apps/Web Services. Thanks a lot in advance for every hint! Kind regards, Adnan Edited March 17, 2022 by AdnanJusic Missing content.
Administrators Marcos 4,935 Posted March 17, 2022 Administrators Share Posted March 17, 2022 Have you confirmed that ESET is causing it and temporarily uninstalling ESET actually makes the issue go away?

Hi, thanks for your quick reply. We have only tried to deactivate ESET on the server, but not to uninstall. Is there a diffrence between disabeling and uninstalling the ESET client on the web frontend? Should we completely unintall it for testing purposes? Thanks a lot! Hi Marocos, any infos for you? Do we need to remove the ESET agent and the ESET security to have a valid test or only the ESET Security application. Thanks a lot in advance!
