ESET Secure Authentication Core Service: No reachable servers found

Hi,

The ESET secure authentication suddenly blocking OWA and ECP with an error message "Could not connect to the ESET Secure Authentication Core Service: No reachable servers found." 

Can anyone please help to fix this also we are unabl to turn off the 2FA for both ECP and OWA.
