forgot password ESET Server Security for linux 8.1

Hi, i have a problem about login to eset server security console, but when i tried to reset password from terminal, it shown like this

ESET Server Security Error: Cannot change GUI configuration: All input paths are locked or not found.

i used eset server security v8.1

any suggestions regarding this?

Hi obee,

looks like settings are locked due to applied policies from remote management. Is this machine connected to Eset Protect? If yes, you can change the password through policy from Eset Protect.

Hi kurco,

Previously I changed from eset protect but it still failed and yes it locked by eset protect, I set the flags not apply and it can be changed from terminal.
