To protect a home PC (and optionally Android devices), I cannot find the differences between NOD32 and Eset Smart Security Premium.

I'd recommend ESET Smart Security Premium over EAV/EIS especially due to ESET LiveGuard support which provides cloud analysis of files downloaded from the Internet or run from removable media before they are allowed to be executed.
