Cannot receive email for resetting password

Hi there

I tried to reset the password using the same email to register in this forum just now. However, no email was received. I'd tried to use the chat function to contact the support but it drop me out after a long waiting. Do anyone have the same issue with password reset? Thanks.

Not sure if the partner in Hong Kong provides chat support. Also I see that you have a free version of ESET Parental Control registered to e..t@f....e.com, is that correct?

May you suggest what could I do next?

For the last resort, it should be possible to wipe everything in the phone and start clean. Am I correct? Thanks.
