Downtime time depends on size of your environment and especially amount of data stored in the database, so it is almost impossible to guess. In case of smaller environment (lets say under 100 managed devices), it might be just a few minutes, especially in case there are enough CPU/RAM/HDD resources available with reserve as upgrade will consume more resources than regular service.
