Auto updated. Rec'd sales slip pdf in email. Program shows nothing changed. Still Now what?

1/ I'm still waiting for the program to update although it is pre-paid. Is the program waiting for the end of current contract for it to automatically re-install on the first day of the new one.?

If this is an Eset renewal purchased from Eset N.A. eStore, the license term date would have been extended automatically once the puchase was completed.

Check your Eset GUI home page and note per below screen what the license validity end date is:

You have posted in the General forum instead of the appropriate product forum. What ESET product / version do you have? The program will not reinstall itself, however, it will upgrade automatically to newer versions when available. You may want to post a screenshot for clarification and to show what you mean.
