THG 0
Hello, It looks like "Approved senders lists" in "Filtering and verification" is not used by antiphishing, how can I whitelist some mails by being filtered by antiphishing component ? Thanks.
Administrators Marcos 4,198 Posted February 11 Administrators Share Posted February 11 You can accomplish it via a rule like However, we would recommend reporting any possible FPs to us rather than creating exceptions on your part.
THG 0
Thanks a lot, I'll try that. This is a special case, my fw sends mail alerts and when the alert is relative to a phishing url the mail is logically quarantined by Mail Security, so I think we can't consider it as a standard FP. THG 0
Hello, I had another case yesterday, the rule matched but the message was anyway put in quarantine. As there is no action like 'deliver the message' in rules, it seems that the usual phishing detection process applies after the rule. So my problem is not solved yet. Thanks.
