What do you mean by verification email? What is your public license ID? (XXX-XXX-XXX)

The verification email was sent to the license owner's email d.......s@k........s.lt

That person is probably the manager of the university where I work. Is there anyway of receiving the verification to my email?

No, we cannot change the license owner's email address. The license owner must contact the ESET seller / partner to do that.
