Correction:  The pages are NOT being blocked.   However, Eset is generating numerous warnings when visiting the two example pages:  "Address has been blocked":
Time;URL;Status;Detection;Application;User;IP address;Hash

Quttera has also blacklisted the domain: https://quttera.com/detailed_report/dp8hsntg6do36.cloudfront.net . I assume this is the source for the Eset blacklisting. It is quite rare for Quttera itself to blacklist a domain.

Most likely the Internet relay server hosting this domain has been compromised. Contact arstechnica.com about the issue.
