ESET lost before expiring

The ESET license has not expired on my computer, but my computer was wiped clean and I lost ESET protection. How do I restore ESET to my computer without being charged since my ESET account is still active?

You should have your registration email with a license key which you can use to activate ESET. Should you need to revoke / free the used seat, you can do so by signing up for ESET HOME (https://home.eset.com) and adding your license in the license manager to manage it.

If you can't find your registration email, you can enter your registration email address in this form to get it re-sent:

Are you stating that Eset mysteriously disappeared from your current Windows installation?
