Does anyone know the command to perform an in-depth scan on the entrie PC at boot?

I've ESET Inetrnet Security  and want to scan my PC for virus at boot (before loading Windows).  Does anyone know the DOS Prompt command and parameters to perform an In-Depth scan on the enitre PC (all drives + memory)?  Thanks.

There is no such command. A startup scan task is scheduled to run automatically when the OS starts and also after each module update to ensure that no threat is running in memory.
