Cannot add device to MDM (device not supported)

Hi,

I need your help as I didn't find any list of supported devices. I have done the E-mail enrollment for a few android devices, some are new ones with andorid 11 and some of them are old with android 6 or 7 and it worked perfectly.
However when I tried to enroll Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e with android 11 ESET Protect server told me on the enrollment page that this device is not supported. How to resolve this? I saw some topics on this forum that some of users had already enrolled devices like this Tab S5e.
