New Client Not Reporting

Hello.  I installed ESET Management Agent 9.0.1141.0 and ESET Server Security 8.0.12011.0 on a new server today, but it is not showing up in ESET PROTECT.  I can ping my ESET PROTECT server from the new client and the client is showing up in EBA with a used license.  Any ideas on why it doesn't appear in ESET PROTECT?  Thanks!

I uninstalled the agent and then created a new live agent installer.  Unfortunately, it still doesn't show up in ESET PROTECT.  Are there any log files that I can look at to see if there's some sort of communication error?

I fixed my issue.  I opened C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\trace.log and I found several errors that it could not resolve my ESET PROTECT server.  I then checked DNS on the NIC and someone had configured it with an old static DNS server.  Once I changed this to automatic, it immediately showed up in ESET PROTECT.
