Cybersecurity Awareness Training Not Completing

We are using the Free ESET Cybersecurity Awareness Training and seeing an odd state. Users will watch everything including the work-from-home game. Once complete though they never get the Congrats popup. Going into the game itself it looks to be stuck in a weird state where everything is found but the icons at the bottom are missing the baby monitor, click on the monitor and it says you've done it. It then goes to the complete page but once you hit continue it does so anything. 

Thoughts?
