Renamed device in Eset Home but old name still appears on program screen

Good evening everyone, I am using Eset internet security 15.0.23 on Windows 11.

I have renamed my device in Eset Home (an extra "1" appeared in the name after a reinstall.

The device renamed successfully in my Eset, however the old device name (with the extra "1") still appears in the drop-down menu on the main program screen on my PC.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Please create a support ticket. Looks like the hw fingerprint has changed which caused the device to register under a different name.
