What are the functions of both ports 9981 and 9980 on MDC

I have a question regarding the port on mdc service
is there a difference in function on port 9981 and 9980 on the service?

I didn't find any more detailed info about using those ports, because when I implemented it, only port --mdm-enrolment-port I had access to register, what for --mdm-port ?

can anyone explain it or doc about it

I am very grateful if there is any information about this.
