won't update to the latest version

I keep getting NOD32 ANTIVIRUS "New Update available messages. I hit the accept & update now, and the same page pops up over and over again. I can request to remind me later, but that only delays the same message. I currently have installed, but the update wants to install Some time I also get ESET Elevated Client asking for the App to make changes, but no matter how I answer this, it makes no difference.

Please uninstall v13, reboot the machine and then install v15 from scratch. If you use custom settings, you can export the configuration first and then import it into v15.
