Axel98 0 Posted January 4, 2022 Share Posted January 4, 2022 Hi, I have a problem with locking apps on my Samsung Galaxy S10+ with android v.11. If I choose to unlock apps with PIN code and without using fingerprint, it works perfectly : apps stay locked if my PIN code is not entered correctly. But if I choose to unlock with PIN code AND using also fingerprint, then when I use an app, it's asked to put my fingerprint to unlock it, and if I choose "cancel" , the app is just unlocked and working, meanwhile I didn't put my fingerprint.
