How do I exclude WinSysClean prog. from detection?

Every time I start "WinSysClean" prog. , Esset antivirus, detects it as malicious and put the exe. file into the quarantine.

You can either expand advanced options in the yellow alert window, check "Exclude signature from detection" and click "No action", or create a detection exclusion manually in Detection exclusions in the advanced setup if you think that the benefits of using the PUA outweigh possible risks.

O.K thanks  clicking F-5 brings you to" advanced options".....

Sorry that there is no clue about F-5 in the opening page of ESSET.
