BANKING & PAYMENT PROTECTION Issue

When launching my RBC on-line web page (from Google Chrome on my PC - Windows 10), the ESET Banking & payment protection window comes up and after trying to load the RBC app for a few seconds, the following message comes up :"The secured browser could not be started Associated error code: 0x847695d5"

I've been searching the ESET on-line help site to no avail! Can anyone help with the issue please?

What default browser / version do you use and what is the url that you are attempting to open in a secure browser?

Please carry on as follows:
- enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
- reproduce the issue
- disable logging
- collect logs with ESET Log Collector and provide the generated archive with logs.
