Most Valued Members shocked 60 Posted December 26, 2021 Most Valued Members Posted December 26, 2021 follow the instructions and uninstall it in safe mode using the removal tool provided here. https://support.eset.com/en/kb2289-uninstall-eset-manually-using-the-eset-uninstaller-tool run it a couple of times until it reports that "no supported products found", then reboot to normal and install it again
Administrators Marcos 5,731 Posted December 26, 2021 Administrators Posted December 26, 2021 Should the problem persist after using the uninstall tool, carry on as follows: 1, Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical supprot 2, Reboot the computer 3, Disable logging 4, Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and provide the generated archive for perusal.

itman 1,921 Posted December 28, 2021 Posted December 28, 2021 Appears to me there is an issue of registering Eset firewall with Windows Security Center. Perform steps shown here: https://support.eset.com/en/kb217-windows-security-center-is-not-detecting-my-windows-eset-product and verify if that resolves the issue.
