How to combine 2 license keys into one?

I recently purchased a 5 year internet security package. It came as a 3 year license and a 2 year license. How do I combine them so that it is one year? I incorrectly activated the 3 year license and the 2 year will expire before the 3 year license expires. How do I proceed?

ESET does not sell 5-year licenses. Please contact the seller if they can merge the two licenses or refund you one.
