Can't receive any emails from ESET

Hi, I'm trying to install ESET Internet Security on a new computer and I have trouble logging in to my ESET account to activate it.

 

I had forgotten my password so I attempted to reset it, but I never received the email with the link to continue. I have made several attempts and I just can't receive any of the emails. I tried contacting support for the issue, but the confirmation email also never arrived so I don't think their answer will either. I have tried, of course, looking into my Junk folder, and the emails are not there either.

 

In the meantime I managed to find my password, but because I tried to reset it it gives me an error when trying to use it.

 

Can anyone help, or at least tell me how else to cantact support to resolve the issue?

Please disregard this topic, I did not have an account after all, after I registered it all works fine. Apologies for wasting your time.
