Are you currently in Indonesia? Both licenses were purchased there so you should not have issues activating them unless you're in a different country.

Yes, that's right, this is the official website of Eset Indonesia, but here specifically for product sales, they have their own portal. tokoeset.com is the official sales site for Indonesia and Timor Leste.
