eset endpoint antivirus related error

I have a problem. We have installed eset endpoint antivirus on centos 7 operating system. However, yesterday our server crashed due to eset. The following error occurred. This version was a web-based antivirus. Do you use this version?  After uninstall this version, reinstalled desktop based version. But it did not open eset endpoint antivirus, We uncomportable installed version ? 

eset_rtp(ertp_wait_for_reply): wait for scanner reply timeout,

1. We installed eset agent and eset endpoint. How to check agent service and eset endpoint  service?
