Tried to set the rules for ports: UDP, Allow, Both, Port3478-3481, Subnet:13.107.64.0/18 Port:3478-3481 UDP, Allow, Both, Port3478-3481, Subnet:13.107.64.0/18 Port:3478-3481 UDP, Allow, Both, Port3478-3481, Subnet:13.107.64.0/18 Port:3478-3481 Users are still reporting problems with MS Teams, Slack and screensharing. Interactive mode should only be deployed long enough to create required firewall rules for the problematic apps. The mode should then be switched back to Automatic mode. Seems odd though, that ESET default profiles block MS Teams & Slack, these are enterprise apps that need to be able to communicate. No. It's up to users to create inbound permissive rules for applications. By default, in automatic mode all outbound communication is allowed and all non-initiated inbound communication blocked.
