Im not getting License Verification Mail

Im not getting License Verification Mail. Ive checked Spam as well as blocked messages. Im having a license of 2 devices and I had already activated in both the devices, i Had not connected it to the eset account. I had to format one device and reinstall Av and its showing license overused. and wheni connect it to eset and to manage the devices its not sending the license verification mail to my account. Please help

The verification email was sent to the license owner's email address in.........el@gmail.com.
