Huge memory leak in internet security 15.08.0

I noticed this on 18 november ..and create ticket ..in support ...

 

today a have seen this

 

 

already 1.7 gb of memory ...

still no answer from support ...

my pc specs ...ryzen 3950x , 32 gb memory ,,,windows 10 21h1 ......

For how long had the machine been on before the memory consumption reached that amount of RAM? Does the consumption grow quickly after a reboot or it takes days? Could you switch to the pre-release update channel and see if it makes a difference?

It's been 1-2 work days since so I'd expect you'll hear from them soon. Did you contact the Russian ESET partner? Please provide your ticket number so that I can ask the Russian partner about the status.

My pc is working 24/7 so it complicated - to analyze correct time

I think couple of days .. because after yesturday`s screenshot with 1.7 gb leak - i force close ekrn.exe and after reboot - it began to eat normal 90 mb .....

Today ,after less of a day - it consuming already more than 600 mb.....

i think tomorrow it will be more than 1.2 gb....
