permanent crash on installation

I cannot check my site  https://www.wildfortune.com for viruses. What could be the problem, I do everything according to the instructions on this site

Please clearly explain what the problem is. Are you having issues with installing ESET NOD32 Antivirus? Does the installation end with an error? 

As for the website, it's not blocked by ESET. Please do not mix different questions or issues in a topic.

How is your website connected with the issue? Please provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector after the installation fails.

https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/https/www.wildfortune.com - apparently blacklisted by McAfee on there, but ESET it works fine.

As Marcos has mentioned you need to explain the problem in more details - in the topic title you mention a crash on installation, but then you mention your website is blocked - What is the connection.

What you need to explain is 1) Are you trying to install ESET and is it not working? What are you trying to install it on. The home versions are not meant for servers for example.

2) What is the issue with your website - it isn't blocked by ESET so ESET cannot help you with it. They will help with installation issues.
