we can not connect to desktop central

i installed efsw v 7.3 on my desktopcentral

I have not been able to remote control clients with Central Desktop Management Engine for a few days

Inside the policy, no role has been changed or added when the Central Desktop Server Antivirus is cleared

Remote Desktop Central opens for everyone. No logs are registered in the antivirus. What is the problem?

Since EFSW doesn't contain a firewall, it should not block RDP connections. Please try the following:
- uninstall EFSW 7.3
- check if the problem occurs
- if not, install ESET Server Security v8 with default settings
- check if the problem occurs and let us know about your findings. Also provide a links to a website with more information about "Central Desktop Management Engine".
