Unable to get new version by manually checking for updates

Last week, I learned through the forums that a new version of the product has been released (version 15.0.18), and then I tried to upgrade to that version by manually checking for updates, but until today, I could not get that version by manually checking for updates.

Do ESET Home Products push new versions to users in batches? If so, will the latest version be pushed immediately by manually checking for updates, and in batches by automatic updates be better?

Thanks.

Manually running update should upgrade you to the latest version even if it's being released gradually.

Does clearing update cache make a difference?

If not, please carry on as follows:

- enable advanced logging under Help and support
- run update
- disable logging
- collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.

Thanks, that solves my problem.

As of v15 update cache should be cleared automatically upon upgrade so upgrading to a newer version should work for you in the future.
