Installed EES 9.0.2032. The problem still exists...

Great! So now you can collect advanced logs as mentioned previously, since on EIS 15 problem doesn't occur.

  • Switch on Advanced settings (F5) > Tools > Diagnostics > Enable [Baning and Payment protection|Secure browser] advanced logging
  • Switch on Advanced settings > Detection engine > HIPS > Advanced setup > Log all blocked operations
  • replicate an issue
  • Switch off both advanced logging
  • collect ELC log and upload it here

Could you please try switching to the pre-release update channel so that BPP module 1248 is downloaded? We've made some changes which should help in cases like this.

I chcecked your logs on Saturday as you uploaded it.

Just to clarify, BPP module 1248 shouldn't fix your issue, but logging part was improved for bug present on your PC. So after update, please collect log again as previously (enable advanced logs > replicate issue > disable advanced logs > Log Collector).

It's possible that we fix it in multiple steps.

Thanks

Gentlemen, developers, I congratulate you on the excellent work done. After updating the protected browser plug-in to version 1249 (12/10/2021), the protected browser starts without errors. Also, redirection works unmistakably when you open a page with Internet banking. Just in case - log archive in attachment.

Thank you for your help

Thank you for your cooperation, we really appreciate your time and willingness to change products and collect logs.

I just want to mention, that problem still may occur. ESET Secure browser feature sits on evolving existing browsers, so their changes affects also our feature. In combination with your specific appliacation arsenal (quite non-standard number of monitoring/blocking/injecting processes) this problem may return. If anything changes, do not hesitate to write again.
