Administrators Marcos 4,923 Posted November 11, 2021 Administrators Share Posted November 11, 2021 First of all you should collect diagnostic logs only from one machine on which a particular issue exhibits that you want to troubleshoot with the assistance of customer care. You can enable / disable diagnostic logging via a Diagnostics task: Diagnostic logs will appear in client details -> Logs -> Diagnostic logs. ESET Staff MartinK 376 Posted November 15, 2021 ESET Staff Share Posted November 15, 2021 In case you meant detection logs in diagnostic severity, it is currently not possible to enable it globally due to performance/network traffic impact it has on console itself. This is reason why such logs can be requested only manually for specific devices, and also only for limited time (24 hours If I recall correctly).
