Agent and Endpoint icon doesn't show on eset protect console

Hello, I'm doing endpoint deployment and used eset protect 9, but there are some PCs that don't show the icon in eset protect (attchd pict)


last connected column shows now, is there any advice for this? for showing icon agent and endpoint and showing ip addres for each pc

Could you please provide more details of what type of deployment are you using? Also any chance this has recovered after some short time? Any chance some kind of revert of machines was used either of EP server itself or endpoint devices?
