You have 2 options:
1, use an http proxy to communicate with ESET's servers if the machines have access to a machine with permanent Internet connection that would run the http proxy,

2, use an offline license file for activation.

It doesn't matter which DNS server you use as long as it works and can resolve hostnames. If it works with Google DNS 8.8.8.8, you can use it. However, the secondary DNS should be able to resolve your local machine hostnames.
