MaxPSW 0 Posted November 8, 2021 Posted November 8, 2021 Hi, When I'm in the dasboard and click "Update installed ESET products" a task is created but the task is invalid as it contains inaccessible objects (via status overview). When I go and create the task manually and want to pick a server (screenshot) the list is empty. Any advice how to fix either one?
Administrators Marcos 5,469 Posted November 8, 2021 Administrators Posted November 8, 2021 Sending an ESET PROTECT component upgrade task to clients will update the ESET PROTECT management client to the latest version. When creating the task, select your ESET PROTECT server. In order to force Endpoint update, send a software installation task (a reboot will be required on clients). Or simply create a policy that will enable program auto updates: With auto-update enabled, Endpoint will automatically update to the latest stable version approximately 1-2 months after the release. Update will be installed after the next restart in this case.

Administrators Solution Marcos 5,469 Posted November 9, 2021 Administrators Solution Posted November 9, 2021 Could you please check now? We had to make some adjustments to the repository because of the EP v9 hotfix.
