No problem here running EIS ver. 15.0.18.

1.Run app for Blizzard's Diablo III ,Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.

2.Always show that it is starting

3.Tap Connect to virtual machine

After testing, shut down the firewall returns to normal

EIS ESSP  is the default setting,

Nothing has changed in the firewall with regard to allowing all outbound communication and blocking all non-initiated inbound communication in automatic mode.

Do you have the firewall in automatic mode and have no custom firewall rules created? If a desired communication is blocked, you can run the firewall troubleshooting wizard to unblock it. Alternatively you can temporarily switch to learning mode to get the necessary ruled created automatically.
