Access to files in Work profile

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra and I'm using all 3 Android environment: normal, Work profile and Secure Folder. I have installed an instance of the app in each environment but in Work profile, the app is complaining about not having access to files. When I click on the relevant button, due to the access control placing, the system redirects me out of the Work profile. And there the required access is already granted. Any suggestions?

Not sure if anybody will be able to answer this, therefore I would recommend raising a support ticket via the built-in support form and let logs to be submitted to ESET for perusal.
