How do decrypt disks and remove ESET Full Disk Encryption component from workstations?

Hello

I am trying to decrypt encryted disks by EFDE and remove this component from workstations. 
Unfortunately, there is no step-by-step explanation on how to do that.
What I have found (somewhere) is that do create a new policy with the encryption disabled and apply this policy to specific computers.
Okay, what was done, but I do not see any decryption process runnig.
Also, I do not see any contact details - how to call the support team?

I do see an option to create a new ticket, but during the last 24 hours nobody has contacted me.
