Suspected Botnet Alert

I keep getting an ESET Alert/Warning that an application (firefox.exe) on my computer is trying to communicate with a malicious server (192.157.56.140) on the internet. This happens multiple times a day while I'm browsing or even just leaving the browser and computer on. The alert looks like this.

Any help would be appreciated, I've already scanned with malwarebytes, Microsoft Safety Scanner and ESET to no avail.

Hi,

I also had 3 machines in my network which were constantly making outbound connections to this and several other IP addresses. It looks like the problem was Chrome/Firefox extension "SetupVPN Lifetime Free VPN".
