Emigrated to Australia phone locked

Hi

Have a UK Sim and wish to use a Telstra Aus Sim. Urgently need the phone!!!!

Eset locked phone removed device from account . Tried both sims and in various combinations. Phone  screen show Device is locked unknown sim inserted Use contact info click contact details only shows this email screen locked

Did you clear contacts on your UK SIM? I not, it should be recognized as trusted if inserted  Isn't that the case? Prior to changing SIM cards, you can disable AntiTheft SIM card protection.
