Zardoc 4
Hi, I had a computer with a brand new install of Win 10 19044.1288 go into a loop spin every time I logged in. A bunch of errors including Desktop Window Manager stopped working and was closed because it could not access files with network. Also got errors with display driver Intel version 30. I was not able to access the computer long enough to get files to troubleshoot. I backed the system to an image of preinstall of NOD and installed version 14 without issues. I wish I could give you more information but NOD was the only added software after an Acronis backup so the math is simple.
Administrators Marcos 5,257 Posted October 23, 2021 Administrators Share Posted October 23, 2021 In case of issues after upgrade to v15 try resetting all settings to defaults. Failing this, uninstall v15 and install it from scratch.
itman 1,746
The initial install of ver. 15 was from scratch and not an upgrade from ver. 14? Is that correct?
Zardoc 4
That is correct!! Sorry, I thought I answered.
itman 1,746
To add to the confusion, it appears your issue is with ver. 15 NOD32 but you posted in the EIS/ESSP section of the forum. I would download a trial ver. 15 of EIS and see if that causes the same issues you experienced after the NOD32 install.
