Mecistios 0 Posted October 20, 2021 Posted October 20, 2021 Hi, at moment I'm having a trial with the secure authenticator and the first thing I notice with the Mobile app TOTP that it is out of sync somehow. If the code refresh the first half of the time i cant use that code somewhere between halfway down and refresh the code becomes valid how can I fix this issue? Using Iphone 12 with IOS 15 and the eset secure authentication app Regards, Michael
ESET Staff IggyPop 22 Posted October 21, 2021 ESET Staff Posted October 21, 2021 (edited) Hi Michael, I have tested myself the TOTP if there were any issues with the syncing and maybe the issue which occurred here can be following: The system time where the ESA core runs is out of sync If this is the case I would advice you to contact our support (https://support.eset.com/en) and they will try to resolve this issue through logs as they get have more visibility and may resolve the issue. Mecistios 0 Posted November 1, 2021 Author Posted November 1, 2021 Hi Iggy it was working after I synced the timeserver on the server where the core is running. Now since the day-light time change no codes work at all anymore the server is in sync with the time server
