I would recommend uninstalling ESET, running the ESET Uninstall tool in safe mode to make sure it's removed completely and then installing the latest version 15.0.16 from scratch. Should the problem persist, we'll need a complete memory dump from a freeze for perusal. In such case please raise a support ticket with your local ESET distributor for further troubleshooting of the issue.
